• Audio MenuGo to the dialer of your phone and access diagnostic mode by dialing ##634#
• Input *#0002*28345# to get to the Audio menu in the given screenshot.
• See the last option named “Device Gain (max/min)”? Hit the “Get” option next to it.
• Now from among the 3 fields, select the second one which is empty by default. Input 16000 in it.
• In the third field (also empty) enter 0.
• Hit “Set”.
• Tap “Start”.
